A partir de 1900 la figura del concierge se vuelve indispensable en hoteles, resorts y compañías de alojamiento de alta categoría.
El buen servicio está conformado por varios elementos, y un Concierge de excelencia se va formando con el buen ejemplo y la práctica.

I caught my wife cheating on me with my friend.
