It was founded in 1997 by two gentlemen who worked in the Buckingham Palace, who, with all the methodology and experience acquired, and with the philosophy of offering the best training in “Front of House, Luxury Service and Butler Service”, they established The British Butler Institute. The Institute trains to exceed the luxury expectations of guests and clients around the world.
