Hospitality and Butler is the exclusive representative of The British Butler Institute in Mexico, Latin America and Spanish-speaking countries. Together, we have been recognized as leaders in Butler and Hospitality education and training worldwide, developing exclusive training for the Luxury Services Industry that includes: Butlers, Housekeepers, Food and Beverage Staff, Reception, Managers and Operational Staff of any institution dedicated to the hospitality service.
The British Butler Institute is a private institute based in London and represented in 14 countries that provides luxury service tools to hospitality professionals to meet and exceed international standards. It was founded in 1997 by two gentlemen who worked at Buckingham Palace, who, with all the methodology and experience acquired, established the institute with the philosophy of offering the best training in Front of House, Luxury Service and Butler Service.
Our philosophy has always been to train according to the needs and requirements of our clients, adapting our training programs to ensure maximum impact on students and develop strong and lasting relationships. We provide training in expansion processes throughout the luxury industry, including Luxury Hotels, Spas, Private Jets, FBOs, Yachts and Luxury Residences.
