Hospitality & Butler and The British Butler Institute were a part of the jury of the awards Hotel Awars organized by the magazine Travel + Leisure Mexico

In Hospitality and Butler we devote ourselves to train and to qualify at the highest level of service of Hospitality and Stewardship. We are focused to perfect the skills in service through training, consulting and advice that we provide around the world.

Hospitality and Butler was founded by Montserrat Barros and was born of the passion for enjoying the good service and the importance that Hosts and Guests feel always special.

Hospitality and Butler is also the representative in Mexico of British Butler Institute; the most exclusive training Institute in Butler and Hospitality on a global scale, founded in London in 1994 for two gentlemen who were working for Buckingham Palace and today they are provided with representation in Switzerland, Venice, China, Japan, India, Thailand, Italy, Singapore, Mexico, among others.
